Summary: Manager, Supply Chain – Responsible for all Supply Chain Activities to include; Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Purchasing, Planning and Inventory Control and Warehouse. Significant interaction with the Sales and Operations group to support business growth.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Planning, Finance and other key teams across the company.
Support annual/quarterly/monthly forecasting and sales reporting for the organization and identifying key changes and trends that will materially impact the company's growth strategy
Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting
Responsible for suppliers’ portfolio and business relationships to include product sourcing, price and terms negotiations, and inventory strategy.
Responsible for maximizing efficiencies in all Production Planning and Inventory Control activities.
Develop deep understanding of revenue forecasting and reporting systems to drive efficiencies and process improvements
Sales Effectiveness & Strategic Initiatives – Support and lead strategic performance improvement initiatives, representing Sales Operations within cross-functional programs
Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional execution
Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports
Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, demand pattern, reporting, and forecasting)
Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities
Conduct monthly S&OP meeting with Senior management and stakeholder groups. Advanced PowerPoint presentation skill is must
Understand the complete cycle of the S&OP process and impact on customer satisfaction
Ensure that production, inventory and customer service objectives are being met while identifying production and/or material constraints & risks.
Support as a module owner for implementation of S&OP, Forecasting and Advance planning module under InFor ERP system.
Develop policies, procedures, systems and processes for the S&OP process interact with Sales Planning and Finance
Provide support to the team members to ensure the attainment of KPI's.

10 years of manufacturing experience in a Supply Chain environment with exposure to all demand management (DM), master production scheduling (MPS), capacity planning (CRP), material planning (MRP) and inventory control.
Strong working knowledge of ERP demand planning and supply chain functionality is essential.
Demonstrated achievement of driving change, continuous improvement and exposure to lean supply chain techniques.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
Financially and customer aware.
Good communicator, team player, proactive and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to act on own initiative with under minimal supervision.
Demonstrate drive and ambition and an ability to lead.
Experience in metal fabrication environment desirable but not essential
