Direct the supply chain process which includes production planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

Develop and manage Materials Planning function for goods and materials needed for Company operations
Create integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process.
Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems. Lead reengineering efforts as it relates to supply chain planning and execution systems.
Develops and implements logistics plans inclusive of supplier contracts, routing guidelines, problem resolution and cost containment.
Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting
Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management.
Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors to insure they understand and meet or exceed our requirements.
Recommend Supply Chain Management strategic objectives and budgets that align with the company’s strategic business plan.
Develop efficient logistics / transportation networks for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage inventory levels to attain operational and financial objectives.
Plan and direct production scheduling to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
Leverage resources across the organization to grow capability to deliver sustained results.
