Responsible for preparation of project price development as the primary cost estimator in the Mid Atlantic area to include Texas, Virginia, SC, NC and Georgia.
DBi Services provides infrastructure maintenance, operations and management solutions in North America and Europe for government agencies, utilities, private industries, railways, retailers and other infrastructure owners
Flexible/Remote location within travel proximity to a DBi local office within the Mid-Atlantic Region to include – Texas, Virginia, and Georgia
Identify all prospective project opportunities for Prime and Sub-Contracts
Coordinate and collaborate with Growth team members to create, update and maintain a viable project pipeline
Obtain all procurement documents needed for potential projects and visit project sites as needed to determine project feasibility and cost estimate
Prepare project plan and scorecard or other documentation to present the management team for go/no go decision on project, using cost analysis models and to include total landed cost or total impact costing.
Calculate operating/gross profit, net contribution, EBITDA, IRR and cash flow impacts of direct material or soft cost savings. And be able to present finding to executive team.
Create and track each estimates in a project folder using project management tools to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on cost targets.
Be able to review technical documents and proposals and analyze the risk reward and provide detailed analysis before presenting the ideas to executives.
