The Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager is the leader of Insulet’s S&OP process. The primary responsibility of the role is to lead cross functional teams to develop an integrated business plan meeting Insulet’s continuity of care objectives. The role will own the end to end planning process including S&OP, New Product Introduction and the systems and tools to support them.

Drive Insulet S&OP process to develop an integrated business plan balancing demand and supply to meet continuity of care targets.
Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with product marketing, the commercial teams, and finance to align market and financial requirements with supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
Plan the introduction of new products into the market consistent with the integrated business plan and Insulet’s overall business requirements.
Ownership for the definition and execution of systems and process improvements to increase productivity, visibility, and profitability.
Develop and manage a performance dashboard with KPI.
Build optimization scenarios (demand and capacity balancing; new supplier / market introduction) as input to the planning process.
Performs other duties as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business; 10 plus years of leadership in senior planning roles. MBA or equivalent preferred
Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills. Advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated leadership ability and communication skills.
