The Senior CapEx Buyer will work under
the direction of the Global CapEx Manager and be responsible for procurement
sourcing for capital projects. The Senior CapEx Buyer will support the development
of a sourcing strategy, RFQ / RFI requirements, analysis of bids, negotiation
of contract terms and pricing, provide required commercial support through
project start-up and construction, the execution of the budget, and deliver
targeted cost reductions
Engagement with stakeholders is
required to define business needs, support estimation efforts in advance of
receiving authorization for expenditures, and agree on procurement strategies
designed to meet project schedules and budget requirements.

5 years’ experience in a Cap-Ex sourcing environment with a successful
track record in developing and executing supplier or customer strategies
