Procurement Transformation Initiative Program Management Lead

Within the Procurement Organization, the Transformation team supports the ongoing transformation as the Procurement organization adapts through program, change, and business performance management.

In this role, you will work in a team environment that is high-growth, fast moving, and constantly changing. You will embrace ambiguity and collaborate across teams to develop new procurement approaches and solve complex business problems. As an Initiative Program Management Lead you are a strategic resource and trusted advisor that will drive teams on the design and approach of Procurement transformational initiatives.


• Support initiative leads in creating program charters, project plans, and business cases

• Provide periodic updates on progress, risks, and dependencies

• Be a thought partner for the initiative lead on identifying roadblocks and potential solutions to operationalize capabilities

• Support tracking of metrics and milestones to be shared with leaders through dashboards

• Periodically support initiative prioritization and updates to the overall Transformation Roadmap


• 7 years of experience in program management or similar

• Experience with Procurement transformation, vendor management, outsourced operations, or change management

• Experience leading and participating in cross-functional programs

• Experience working with program and project management tools


• MBA or Master’s degree

• Experience working across teams, building relationships, influencing managers and successfully

managing multiple complex priorities

• Ability to manage multiple internal and partner facing time-sensitive work streams at the same time

• Multi-tasking and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Persuasive written/verbal communication skills
