Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join the team as Area Managers, Assistant Warehouse Managers, and Warehouse Managers. These roles will be responsible for assisting in the management of day to day distribution operations of our warehouses located in Blauvelt, NY and Northvale, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hands-on management of all aspects of warehouse, including but not limited to:

• Pick – Pack

• Kitting / Production

• Shipping & Receiving

• Customer Relations

• Employee Training on systems and processes

• Manage accurate inventory control procedures

• Performing performance reports and providing them to Group Operations Manager

• Performance Reports defined as:

• On-time delivery of product

• Inventory Accuracy

• Fulfillment Rate

• Maintain safety & security standards set forth by upper management

• Screening and hiring employees

• Manage a team of 6 – 12 direct reports

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• College degree (preferred)

• 3 – 5 years of Warehousing and Operations based experience

• Computer Proficie
