You will have the opportunity to:

Significantly influence the company management, the company's direction, and the difference we make to our customers and the world. This position is ideal for a career-oriented operations leader with an eye on progressing in a value-driven company.

You will manage all internal operational departments across multiple local sites, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities. You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest learning and development levels. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, satisfaction, and requirements. You will be responsible for local operations cost margins. In collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff, you will set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down.   • Well-rounded with solid operations experience in the following areas: assembly, kitting, warehouse management, digital duplication, and print. 

Here's what you need to succeed in the role:

  • Increasing responsibility in manufacturing and distribution roles with multi-tier management in a people-heavy environment.
  • Proven ability to initiate and drive change. We are looking for you to manage change from digital transformation and other strategic initiatives to more fluid tactical and operational changes. Examples of such changes would include rapid customer onboarding and associated shifts in operational needs to managing daily fluctuations, sometimes with extremely short notice.
  • Exceptional verbal and listening communication skills, with the proven ability to present to, interact with, and inspire small to large audiences, including communications with Clients and the ALOM executive team.
  • Passion for driving impeccable quality and using ISO and QMS as an integral part of continuous improvement.
  • Deadline-driven while maintaining uncompromising Six Sigma standards and dealing with rapidly changing requirements.
  • Supply chain management, logistics, and/or account management experience is a plus.
  • Relevant BS and preferably an MBA (or substantial business management experience in the industry).
  • You will need to be local to our Indianapolis or Fremont facility, and no relocation is available.
